Regenesis Laser Therapy Centre is a full service cosmetic laser treatment facility located in Guelph, Ontario. We are a medical facility with a physician and licensed nurse performing treatments. We are not a spa.

It is our mission to provide the best laser treatments available for hair removal, spider veins, fine lines, large pores, poor skin texture, acne rosacea, and skin laxity.

To that end, we use the CUTERA XEO system

What system do we use?

Hair removal is done using the PROWAVE system as well as the 1064 nm YAG laser. Depending of your skin type, you may be able to have one or both of these procedures done. A consultation is required before this decision can be made.

Does hair removal hurt?

The answer is that you will feel discomfort when having the procedure done. Depending on the individual, the level of discomfort can be mild to moderate. However, topical cream can be used to temporarily numb the skin, thus reducing the level of discomfort. This will be discussed at your consultation.

How many treatments do you need?

Depending on skin type and hair, it varies. Typically it requires 6-8 treatments to achieve the desired result. This will be discussed at your consultation.

Cost?

While laser hair removal is initially more expensive than typical treatments such as waxing, laser-based treatments are a permanent method of hair reduction whereas waxing must be done regularly forever. Costs are a matter of time required to treat an area. The larger the area, the larger the cost.
